Mail In Registration:
Download Registration/Medical Form and print it, completely fill out the form, and mail it with your payment. Only checks will be accepted for mail-in registration.

Scholarships: Dickey Lake Bible Camp offers scholarships for campers attending Alliance Camps. Scholarships must be applied for using the mail in registration option, do not use online registration.
