Meet our Staff

Zach Zirbel, Managing Director
Zach Zirbel officially became the Managing Director at Dickey Lake Bible Camping in February of 2020. Zach, his wife Natasha, and their three young sons Emet, Elijah, and Everett are absolutely thrilled to be here. Zach believes this position is not only a dream fulfilled, but a culmination of grace and all his past experiences.
Zach grew up in mid-west Minnesota and Natasha in NW Montana (Troy). After graduating college with a degree in communications, Zach met Natasha in middle Tennessee at a youth ministry where they served for 5 years, eventually helping lead the mentorship program. Their focus was spiritual formation, team building/leading, and working with students in crisis.
Then, for 7 years, Zach worked in places like Las Vegas and Philadelphia as a service coordinator and manager in the hospitality industry. Since then he’s held positions including Assistant Pastor, children and youth ministry, and working with adults with disabilities.
A guiding verse over the years for Zach has been Proverbs 16:9, “A man makes plans in his heart but the LORD directs his steps.” Someone said, “Life is lived forward but only understood looking back.“ As we embark on this adventure with DLBC, we know how true this is, believing God’s Holy Spirit has been guiding us and DLBC, even when we didn’t understand all that was transpiring. Grace, time, and experience have shaped and prepared all of us to walk in God’s purposes at DLBC today.

Cassie Adams, Coordinator of Operations
Cassie was officially hired by DLBC in January of 2023 but has been serving at camp in different areas since 2017. Cassie first got involved with DLBC when her two oldest sons, Chance & Isaac, were attending and soon the younger two, Neehl & Dylan, started attending. Camp is such a big part of their family that her husband, Todd, has been counseling for the last couple of years and Chance has been a program director and a camp speaker.
Cassie has lived in the Flathead Valley area since she was 6 months old and attended Flathead High School. Cassie came to Christ at the age of 27 after enduring a tough childhood and teen pregnancy. The incredible faith and determination of her oldest son and then her husband helped guide her to Christ after their close friends tragically lost their son to cancer.
Currently, Cassie spends the majority of her time focusing on ministry opportunities. She is the secretary at her church and a leader in their youth group, leads a high school girls’ weekly bible study, helps direct our DLBC Women's Retreat, and is always planning, designing, or marketing something for camp.
A few verses that Cassie always turns back to are; Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” And Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”

Crystal Fisher, Kitchen Coordinator
Crystal is stepping into the role of Kitchen Coordinator at DLBC with great excitement and a heart for serving others. She has been married for 13 years and is a proud mom of two wonderful children who bring immense joy to her life. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, especially camping, and in her free time, she can often be found crocheting or enjoying the beauty of Dickey Lake, a place that holds a special spot in her heart.
Crystal has been serving in the kitchen since 2022. She has a natural gift for organization and takes joy in creating environments that run smoothly and efficiently. More importantly, she is passionate about blessing others through food, recognizing the unique and meaningful role it plays in helping campers and staff feel cared for and supported.
Serving is something God has placed deeply on her heart, and she seeks to live that out each day. A verse that reflects this calling is 1 Peter 4:10: “Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
